Policies
• Check-in is at 15:00 hours – Check-out is at 12:00 hours.
• No refunds will be made due to bad weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, including any inconvenience or complication that may arise from the direct impact or hurricane warning in the area.
• Hotel Santuario San Agustín will not be responsible for any extra cost, evacuation or inconvenience that may arise due to a tropical storm or hurricane.
Rates
Our rates are in Mexican pesos MXN, per room per night.
Bookings
• To confirm any reservation a 50% deposit is required.
• Any change in your reservation must be made at least 3 days before your arrival by calling the hotel. (In high season, changes and cancellations require 15 days in advance to obtain a refund or change of date).
• By confirming your deposit using Stripe or credit card, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our reservation and cancellation policies.
• In the event of cancellations due to force majeure events related to nature, we grant a credit to make effective 12 months from the date of the inconvenience, if the rate has risen, you must cover the difference.
Cancellation Policies
• Cancellations made 24 hours before the arrival date will not have any refund. In case of being high season and holidays, it is required to cancel 15 days in advance.
• Any refund will be made exclusively through banks or Stripe and are subject to their taxes. We do not provide refunds by bank transfer unless that was the route of your deposit.
• No refunds will be made and no credit will be issued for early departures.
• Any credit issued in your favor will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Responsive Letter
Hotel Santuario San Agustín and its employees will not be responsible for any physical or economic damage as a result of or in connection with:
• Any delay or cancellation.
• In the event that a guest becomes ill during their vacation or if they have to interrupt their stay, any medical or hospital expenses will be the responsibility of the guest.
• Failures in the electrical current due to weather, maintenance, damage, expenses, delays or dissatisfaction, of any kind or nature, resulting from any event or action that is outside the reasonable scope of the hotel.
• Loss of any item that has not been deposited in the hotel’s safe, or losses that take place while the room is not properly locked.
• Loss of any item left in your car that is not entrusted to the administration.
Regulation
All the people who stay at the hotel are subject to this regulation, which is considered an adhesion contract that must be fulfilled, otherwise, the Management reserves the right of admission and permanence.
The consumption of any drug or narcotic is not allowed within the hotel facilities.
In compliance with the laws and in compliance with the «smoke-free» campaign, smoking is prohibited inside rooms and in closed spaces.
The introduction of alcoholic beverages to the rooms or common areas is not allowed, the bar area has an appropriate space for the coexistence of our clients.
It is totally prohibited to carry out acts of violence, mental or moral intimidation, harassment of any kind, make threats and carry out any act, exclamation or expression that affects the honor, prestige or the emotional and / or physical integrity of any guest or employee.
Total or partial damage or deterioration caused to the facilities, accessories, goods, services or supplies of the Hotel, due to misuse or negligence of the guest, will be charged to the customer’s account.
It is requested to respect the hours of silence which includes from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
If a guest reports respiratory problems or symptoms related to covid-19, they will not be able to stay in the common areas of the hotel, the guest must be immediately isolated, temporarily, in a single room, until the intervention of the health authorities; After following the protocols, the decision can be made, whether to quarantine at the hotel or be transferred to another place. The client agrees to follow the health and hygiene recommendations established by law.
Swimming pool
• The hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Exclusive use of our guests.
• It is forbidden to enter water, food and drinks of any kind, smoke or enter with chewing gum, as well as play rough games.
• If the guest is coming from the beach, it is imperative to use the shower before entering the pool.
• Mandatory swimsuit for children and adults.
• Children under twelve must be accompanied by an adult in the pool and common areas.
